She has played a key role in driving growth, including the expansion of our deposit portfolio and IRA initiatives. ✨ Rachel Jahner has been promoted to Corporate Administrative Specialist. Rachel joined the Bank as our Administrative Assistant and quickly distinguished herself by taking on progressively more responsibility and contributing to significant projects across the organization. Known for her willingness to help wherever needed, her welcoming style, and her extremely organized approach to work, Rachel has become a trusted and dependable resource for many teams. Rachel will continue supporting facilities, supplies management, and executive projects, while expanding her impact in communications and design for Human Resources and Marketing. She will also continue serving as a member of our Employee Focus Committee and as Chair of the Scholarship Committee. Her educational background in Journalism, PR, and HR—combined with the skills she’s developed at the Bank—make this a well‑deserved next step for Rachel!
✨ Spencer Bloxham has been promoted to Senior Electronic Banking Specialist. A leader in fraud prevention and electronic banking, Spencer is known for his calm, empathetic support and his ability to make banking technology more approachable for customers. He is often the person customers connect with when they call about debit cards or online banking, making him a familiar and trusted point of contact. What makes Spencer especially effective is his ability to connect with a wide range of customers.
