Wolf River Community Bank is proud to welcome Steve Lonigro as its new Director of Retail Banking. He succeeds Heather Wunderlich, who previously held the role and has now transitioned into a new position as Assistant Vice President – Treasury Management. In Heather’s new role, she will focus on enhancing our business relationships and expanding treasury solutions for our commercial clients. With this leadership transition, we’re excited to welcome Steve and the expertise he brings!

Steve Lonigro

Steve brings more than 25 years of banking experience from across the greater Fox Valley area. He has a strong background in retail banking, with a deep commitment to people-first leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In his new role at Wolf River Community Bank, Steve will lead retail banking operations, working closely with branch managers and teams to drive growth, consistency, and continued excellence in service.

Based at the Hortonville branch, Steve will be a key partner to retail staff across all locations, supporting their success and ensuring a high standard of service for customers.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Steve is committed to community engagement and has served as Vice President of the Little Chute Diamond Club and volunteered with several local youth sports organizations. His approachable, team-oriented leadership style will continue to build on the strong foundation within the bank’s retail department, helping guide the team forward with fresh energy and focus.
