WRCB Lobbies will re-open June 8th, 2020
 
Wolf River Community Bank lobbies re-opened on Monday, June 8th, 2020.
 
Saturdays will continue as drive-up only until further notice. View a complete list of current branch hours.
 
For simple transactions like deposits, withdrawals or check cashing, please continue to use the drive-up or any of our convenient electronic banking services.
 
We are encouraging lobby usage for more involved services like:
  • Loan Closings
  • New account opening (appointments encouraged)
  • Complex service transactions like POA’s, trusts, deceased accounts, IRAs, business accounts, coin deposits, etc. (appointments encouraged)

Things will look a bit different in our lobbies with marked entries and exits, floor markers to maintain social distancing and protective barriers at desks and teller windows. For the time being, we will not offer cookies or refreshments in lobbies and our bathrooms will be closed to the public.

Please consider the following before entering the lobby:

If sick, do not enter No cookies or refreshments in lobbies at this time. Remove sunglasses before entering.
Are you sick or have you come in contact with anyone who is? If so, please refrain from entering. We are not offering cookies or refreshments in our lobbies at this time. Please remove sunglasses before entering.
Maintain social distancing. Use hand sanitizer provided. If wearing mask, you may be asked for ID or to remove mask.

Follow the floor markings to maintain 6 ft. social distancing. 

If all markings are occupied, please wait to enter.

Please use the hand sanitizer provided.

Due to mask usage, please be patient as we may ask for a photo ID or for you to temporarily remove your mask to verify your identity.

If you are not comfortable with this, please continue to use the drive-up.
